ANNOUNCEMENT FROM GUNJUR DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION

Dear community members,

We would like to inform you that our current Vice President Fatou Janneh-Jammeh has been elected Interim President of Gunjur Development Association until a president is chosen at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in February, 2019.

GDA has a vacancy for the Gunjur Executive President and your input in the nomination process is quite important to us. Therefore, we invite you to submit names of people for nomination for President of GDA Gunjur Branch. Thus far, only Sarjo Jabang’s name has been submitted for nomination but we would like you to send your nominations as well. Please post the name of the person you are nominating in the GDA WhatsApp forum, or send a message to Jenny Ringstead - Secretary, Ousman Manjang - Diaspora President, or Awa Sey - Diaspora Vice President. We will forward all your nominations to the Gunjur Executive for review.
